Services include design, consulting, creative direction, and related professional services, offered on a project, retainer, subscription, or hourly basis.
Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees are defined through a written agreement, proposal, email confirmation, or accepted estimate. Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional approval, time, and billing.
Invoices, retainers, or subscription charges are issued according to agreed terms. Payment timelines, rates, and billing structure are defined per project or engagement. Late payments may delay delivery or continuation of work.
Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.
Drafts, concepts, and unused work remain the property of Tim Fowkes.
Tim Fowkes retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, self-promotion, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested and approved in the work agreement.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any required assets necessary to complete the work. Delays caused by missing or late inputs may impact timelines and budget.
Services are provided as is. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to termination will be billed accordingly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
