1 . Dashboards - Data Visualization

To support GoExpedi’s e-commerce, vendor management system, and internal initiatives, a robust dashboard was needed to track every touchpoint of the shopping and supply chain experience. Through extensive research and interviews, we ensured the key data points were identified and surfaced.

The dashboard interface was designed with a user-centric layout utilizing a clear visual hierarchy, including an intuitive, stepped, multi-page flow allowing our users to dive deeper into more refined and configurable analytics reports on subsequent pages, resulting in a personalized experience for each persona type.

2 . Vendor Management System

To support our vendor companies and internal teams, a Vendor Management System (VMS) was created. The VMS allowed our users to populate the system with all company and product information. The VMS also communicated with our e-commerce and analytics dashboard so that everything could be managed and updated in real time. Due to the robust amount of information and user personas (executives, sales, inventory mgmt, field workers, etc) accessing the VMS, we created toggles that could be easily accessed and managed to display the relevant persona information and interaction types.

These additional views and interactions created a unique experience relative to user persona groupings, reducing cognitive load and assisted in completing a desired task more intuitively. Access to business documents, contracts, sales orders, users & permissions, and notifications were also managed within the system. Giving admin users the ability to manage every aspect of their company or groups experience.
